Capernwray Diving & Leisure
Capernwray is one of the best known - and certainly best equipped - inland dive centres in the country. It boasts heated changing rooms, a licensed bar, a restaurant, toilets, an extensive dive shop and a cyclinder re-fill station that offers a full range of mixed gases for suitably qualified divers. Under the water, there are many deliberately sunk attractions including an aircraft, two helicopters, a diving bell, various boats and other interesting features.

In recent years, Jackdaw Quarry has been recognised by television and film makers as an ideal location for filming underwater scenes. Run by chief diving instructor, Adam Hanlon, Jekyll & Hyde Diving is a business that caters for production companies by offering location advice and underwater filming support.
